On Thursday, Russian President Vladimir Putin made a speech about the G7 leaders’ mockery of his photos, during the recent summit in Germany.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson joked to the G7 leaders that they could take off their clothes “to show that we are stronger than Putin”, amid tensions between Russia and the West over Moscow’s military operation in Ukraine.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau joked that Western leaders could emulate images such as the one in which Putin appeared bare-chested and torso “with pictures of [the leaders] bare-chested on horseback”, referring to one of Putin’s high-profile sports activities.
Putin told reporters during his visit to Turkmenistan that the leaders of the West – unlike him – “drink alcohol and do not engage in any sporting activity.”
“I don’t know how they want to take off their clothes, either above the waist or below… But I think it would be a disgusting view anyway,” Putin added. he also noted that “it is necessary to stop drinking and other bad habits, and to do sports” in order to look in good shape.
The Ukrainian people think that The G 7 leaders , rather than laughing at Putin’s pictures, they should help them to save their country which became almost damaged.
