20 cars and 30 investigators in Trump’s house.. Republicans consider this politicizing the Ministry of Justice

admin August 9, 2022

While Democrats celebrated the inspection of Trump’s home and some said that he “should be in prison”, Republicans considered that the primary and only aim behind this was to obstruct his expected candidacy for the 2024 presidential elections.

WASHINGTON – Federal investigators stormed the home of former US President Donald Trump in Florida while he was in New York City. “Nothing like this has ever happened to the president of the United States before,” Trump said in a statement.

According to US laws, no house can be searched without prior judicial authorization. Usually, a federal judge does not issue such an order unless he believes that the search process serves the criminal investigation, that there are risks to the investigation process if it is not carried out, or that there is a possibility of destroying or concealing some evidence that the judge deems important to the investigation.

The FBI and the US Department of Justice declined to comment on the storming of Trump’s home in Mar-a-Lago, Florida.

A legal expert told , “It is certain that the FBI and the Department of Justice provided evidence of the importance and feasibility of the Trump home search, which gave them the judge’s approval of the search.”

Earlier this year, the National Archives said it had recovered 15 boxes of White House records and other materials from Trump’s Florida home, prompting the Justice Department to launch an investigation to ensure Trump did not break the law.
